Work is amazing! Minimized jump stitches, very clean work and machine always runs smooth. His customer service is wonderful! I have always had an amazing experience. Turnaround times are always quick. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Definitely worked. No issues, no thread breaks, no needle breaks. Yes, you will have to check your settings, but it does definitely work.

Didn't use the design so I'm not sure it's going to come out.

Seller worked with me over several weeks to refine the art for embroidery. In the end, the design was just too complicated so I had to go back to the drawing board. Seller was very receptive to feedback and made two separate versions of the patch. Unfortunately, neither one worked out. Thanks for the huge effort and great customer service though!
